Refund Policy

At MadHatter Creative, we are committed to delivering top-quality design, website, and marketing services to all our clients. We strive to ensure complete client satisfaction with every project. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel your service subscription. Our refund policy details the circumstances under which a refund can be issued.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions for our recurring design services can be cancelled at any time with no penalty fees. We require written notice of cancellation at least five business days before your next billing cycle. Cancellations submitted later than this period will result in the bill for the next month being processed.


Refunds for our design services subscription depend on the circumstances of the cancellation:

  1. Within the first 15 days: If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your subscription, you can cancel your subscription and receive a full refund.
  2. After the first 15 days: After 15 days, refunds will be provided on a pro-rata basis. This means you will be refunded for any full months/days remaining on your subscription after the cancellation notice is received.

Please note, that any work done by our design team during a billing cycle that has been paid is considered to have been delivered and will not be refunded.

One-Time Project Services

For our general design, website, and marketing services which are provided on a project basis, no refunds will be given after the project has been initiated and work has started. We base our service fees on labor hours and third-party expenses which cannot be recovered. Therefore, all payments made are considered final.

However, we pledge to work with each client diligently to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction within the scope of the agreed project.


No refunds will be provided for months or projects where any of the following have occurred:

  1. A design was created and approved by the client.
  2. A design was created and sent to the client but no feedback was provided within the specified review period.
  3. A design revision was requested by the client.

Processing Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during signup and will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the refund request.

To request a refund, simply contact our customer service team with the following details:

  1. Name.
  2. Contact Information.
  3. Reason for refund.

Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Changes to Refund Policy

MadHatter Creative reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be immediately posted on our website.
